Terms and Conditions for “Friends and Family” Promotion

Rodeo Internet “Friends and Family” Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions
Effective through June 15, 2025

1. Definitions

• Referrer: A Referrer is defined as a current Rodeo Internet customer—whether a residential or business subscriber—actively receiving internet services from Rodeo Internet.
• Referred Customer (also referred to as “New Customer,” “New Subscriber,” or “Referee”): A Referred Customer is defined as an individual or business that has not subscribed to Rodeo Internet services within the past 90 days and has not had service previously suspended or terminated for non-payment, network abuse, or other violations deemed “for cause.”

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the “Friends and Family” Referral Promotion:

• The Referrer must be at least 18 years of age.
• The Referred Customer must also be at least 18 years of age.
• The Referred Customer must reside in, own, or lease a business or residential dwelling located within Rodeo Internet’s service coverage area.
• The Referrer must be an active Rodeo Internet customer in good standing.
• The Referred Customer must be a new customer and not currently receiving services from Rodeo Internet, nor have received service within the past 90 days.

3. Offer Terms

• The Referred Customer must sign a one-year Subscriber Agreement and agree to electronic billing.
• A valid credit or debit card must be provided by the Referred Customer at the time of signup.
• This promotion applies only to internet service (Fiber or Wireless) and does not include equipment, installation, or any additional services. These items are billed separately.
• Applicable local, state, and federal taxes or tariffs are not included in this offer and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Redemption Process

• The Referred Customer must enroll in service by June 15, 2025.
• To be eligible, the Referred Customer must initiate contact through Rodeo Internet’s official customer contact email form or by calling (509) 769-3030, Option 3.
• Verbal or informal referrals not processed through the aforementioned channels will not be recognized.
• The Referred Customer must explicitly identify the Referrer at the time of account activation for both parties to receive the promotional benefit.

5. Referral Credits

• Both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will each receive one (1) month of free internet service.
  • The Referrer’s free month will be credited in the next applicable billing cycle.
  • The Referred Customer will receive their free month as their first month of service.
• Each Referrer may receive credit for up to twelve (12) referrals, potentially earning up to twelve (12) months of free internet service.
• Once activated, a new customer may also become a Referrer and participate in the promotion under the same terms, provided the promotion is still active.

6. Clawback Provision

If a Referred Customer cancels their subscription before the completion of their one-year Subscriber Agreement, any corresponding referral credits awarded to the Referrer based on that customer’s enrollment will be rescinded. The Referrer’s account will be charged the equivalent amount for the previously awarded free month(s).

7. General Conditions

• This offer has no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for monetary compensation beyond the terms explicitly outlined herein.
• Rodeo Internet reserves the right to deny promotional benefits to any participant or business at its sole discretion.
• Internet service is provided in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, except as otherwise limited by these terms and conditions.
• This promotional offer is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Idaho.
